There are two methods of fetching emails to a computer or mobile phone, one is via POP3 and the other is IMAP. Both options pull the emails from the host server to your device but do so in different ways.

Include these options as able for added strength and security:

• Length of 8-10 character minimum
• Both upper and lower case letters
• Special characters
• Numbers
